Portland’s History Docents Class to Start February 14, 2008
The thirteenth class of “Portland’s History Docents” will begin in February. Portland Harbor Museum, along with four other Portland-area historical organizations, offers this unique educational opportunity.
Join the more than 450 graduates of this informative course that trains area docents in Portland’s history, art and architecture. Classes feature guest speakers who are renowned experts from local and regional cultural organizations.

Volunteer!
Our volunteers ensure the success of Portland Harbor Museum. Dozens of individuals volunteer at the Museum throughout the year in a variety of capacities. Internships
PHM welcomes applications from interested college and graduate school students who want to volunteer at the museum in exchange for academic credit. We have a variety of ongoing projects and each student’s internship can be tailored to meet the requirements of his or her individual program.
